Watton Painting will provide all necessary materials, equipment, and labour to complete the painting project unless otherwise specified in the project proposal or contract. The client is responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring the area to be painted is clear of obstacles.
Property access
The client agrees to provide Watton Painting with access to the property during scheduled work hours. If the client is unable to be present, arrangements must be made to grant access to the property, and Watton Painting will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the client's failure to provide access.
Insurance and liability
Watton Painting carries appropriate insurance coverage, including public liability insurance, to protect against unforeseen accidents or damages during the course of the project.
